Starting about 3 weeks ago I gave my daily diet an overall. I now have a morning breakfast ritual and I am taking daily vitamins. So far the changes have been quite noticable. I am not as tired and my overall body process seems to be smoothing out. Hopefully I will post in a few months about how the changes are going, and report on what is sticking. This is for life.

My Grandma Passes on
Originally uploaded by DantesFedora. This is the last picture I ever took of my grandmother. She passed away last night around 7 o'clock. She lived a long 93 years and died respectably of old age. I will miss her greatly and always respect the things she taught me as a young boy. How to cook, sew, and tend to the garden.These are all things I continue to improve upon and I hope to pass on to future generations of the Williams Clan.

I plan on taking 2 months off and do some traveling initially. So far Spain and France are on the list. I still have a lot of thinking and concrete planning to do.

Not for me. Over the past 8 months I have been dragging my sorry ass into work between 10am and Noon. This not only made me feel guilty I wasn’t able to accomplish much at work. I was tired from sleeping in late, and generally in a malaise. For the past week or so I have been waking up promptly at 7am and getting into work around 9am. It feels great. My work is getting done and leaving at a normal time is no longer a guilty pleasure. Here’s to accomplishment!
