Starting about 3 weeks ago I gave my daily diet an overall. I now have a morning breakfast ritual and I am taking daily vitamins. So far the changes have been quite noticable. I am not as tired and my overall body process seems to be smoothing out. Hopefully I will post in a few months about how the changes are going, and report on what is sticking. This is for life.

I will miss her greatly and always respect the things she taught me as a young boy. How to cook, sew, and tend to the garden.These are all things I continue to improve upon and I hope to pass on to future generations of the Williams Clan.

Over the past 8 months I have been dragging my sorry ass into work between 10am and Noon. This not only made me feel guilty I wasn’t able to accomplish much at work. I was tired from sleeping in late, and generally in a malaise. For the past week or so I have been waking up promptly at 7am and getting into work around 9am. It feels great. My work is getting done and leaving at a normal time is no longer a guilty pleasure. Here’s to accomplishment!
