Changes in diet

Starting about 3 weeks ago I gave my daily diet an overall. I now have a morning breakfast ritual and I am taking daily vitamins. So far the changes have been quite noticable. I am not as tired and my overall body process seems to be smoothing out. Hopefully I will post in a few months about how the changes are going, and report on what is sticking. This is for life.
