Sleep and work
Yesterday I read that people who sleep more than 8 hours a day contribute to reduced immune response and lifespan. So starting today I got up from bed without a struggle. I got to work at a decent time and I felt good about it. I have been getting to work along with the rest of my team on and off for a few months now and I have to say that the days I get up earlier I feel MUCH better. The short term pleasure of sleeping in does not add up to the productivity and energy throughout the day I have when I get out of the house with the rest of the software workforce!

I agree. Sleeping more than 8 hours a day usually makes me miserable. I feel like I am making up for sleep during the week, but I'm really just being lazy.
